The Key To Having A Duplicatable System

My experience with Network Marketing has had it’s ups and downs, in the beginning there where definitely a lot more downs than ups. It was difficult getting started because as with most new things, getting started had a bit of a learning curve. My team began teaching me the ropes of the company, how to develop a strong mindset to keep me in the game long term, and then finally the tactics we will be using to help me achieve the success that I was looking for.

All seemed great in the beginning until we got to the tactics. I was told to call up my friends and family to recite a script that will lead to them getting on the phone with my upline. I felt apprehensive about the idea but was reassured that this is what it will take to get me the company’s top position. So reluctantly I followed along…after a few calls it didn’t get any easier. Every time I dialed I felt uneasy because I knew what I was saying on the call didn’t match my actual intentions. I’m a very honest person by nature, so with every phone call I felt more and more restless, wanting to be done with this process.

But after going through that excruciating process, I thought it couldn’t get any worse… I was wrong!

After burning through my warm market, I was forced to do cold market recruiting, which is something that I’m sure nobody enjoys. I believe as you’re reading this you’re thinking back at a time that you felt uncomfortable talking to a complete stranger with the intention of bringing up your opportunity by the end of the conversation. I turned to my upline for guidance but they told me to continue doing what I was doing because that’s what it will take to become successful.

Fed up with these tactics, I went to another company and started learning their process. Once again I found myself thinking it couldn’t get any worse than what I was already doing and once again, I was wrong! While this company didn’t force me to call my friends and family to force my opportunity down their throat, what they did was use my social media presence to promote the opportunity. So now not only was my reputation at risk with my close friends, now I’m broadcasting my opportunity with my entire friends list, consisting of people who had no desire to even listen to what I had to say about my business. After attacking this “lead source” for awhile, I began getting bombarded with messages from people telling me to stop annoying them with this scam/pyramid scheme.

I turned to one more company in the hopes that, they will have the answer to why there isn’t a better way. And I finally got the answer, albeit not from the company itself, but from my own research on the top earners. I found that their systems are the key to their successes. The did not follow the conventional systems that I learned from my previous companies, but they had one that was entirely different. So I began developing my own system that modeled theirs that I can teach to my downline.

I noticed the problem with the previous systems was their lack of duplication. It relied heavily on the network of the new recruit, whether it was the network they kept in close proximity or their online network. This puts many people at an automatic disadvantage. Most people that come into network marketing don’t have a large network to begin with, just a handful of close friends and associates. With this being the case, how can one expect to see any type of success? At this point they’re being sold a dream that will be nearly impossible to bring to fruition. Unless you are an already established individual, the likelihood for you to fail in this industry working with these systems is 90-95%.

I strove to design a system that will make any average person a success. The key to my system success is in its ability to easily be duplicated. Whether you are a seasoned network marketing veteran or someone who has just been introduced to the industry my system will work for you. I actually designed a training area for new recruits that outline everything they need to do, step-by-step, to become successful. In very short, no-fluff training videos I teach my downline how to properly leverage the internet to develop an endless source of leads so they are no longer reliant solely on their current network. I also don’t ask them to post about the company or anything of that sort so their pages don’t come off to be a billboard for the company as I’ve noticed most network marketers trying to use the internet are doing. On top of the social media training, I also provide a comprehensive game plan to help every new recruit get promoted ASAP so there is no getting stuck at a particular rank. I also go in-depth on the strategies I use to actually be able to sell and recruit in my sleep. I actually have my processes automated so I am literally waking up to a growing organization.

These systems I provide are the ultimate combination of powerful strategies that work seamlessly with each other to ensure that not only my personal recruits are set up for success, but so is the entirety of my downline because the systems I provide for them, I provide for their recruits as well!
